Oh and the computers, where is your IT department because this is a joke the systems (even the ones they use) I hear them say 'oh it's so slow' so talk to your IT department that are suppose to manage the pc's. If anyone have found a branch that is good Kudos to you but the branch i'm stuck with are fools that have lied, broken parts of the mutual agreement, Lied again to a government body, sabotaged knowingly or unknowingly, miscommunication nearly every step of the way, Done absolutely nothing to help me to find a job only feign interest in it even though it's suppose to be a mutual obligation/agreement. though it feels one sided. I mean seriously? this is a professional business surely more pride has to be taken into it than this!

They don't help me find jobs and the jobs and courses i've found I have had the feeling i've been sabotaged every step of the way, then when I go in I started to get passive aggressively attack verbally implying that I have to get off my butt and find work when I have actually been trying and when I have found something they find a way to ruin it but now only just recently can they reverse market me and help. . . AFTER 13 or so MONTHS!!! what have they been doing!? If you have an ounce of mercy for yourself stay far away from these Saboteurs, They sabotage your jobs, courses, they pass you onto too many case managers, case managers don't even remember to take your sheets for pity sakes, it's like no one communicates with each other or you when you leave the building, they are completely clueless as to what their employees are doing, If you mess up in your agreement they can cut off your payments without warning HOWEVER! They can break their part or mess there part up with no repercussions! In a work place where everything they do can potentially ruin somebodies life you would think a professional business had their heads screwed on straighter than that.

But I go in at one point and because my case manager I had forgot to give me these sheets the new case manager gave me 6 months worth of time sheets that were back dated that I should fill out! Where is the reprimanding of that manager that didn't do their job!? Then they try to change it on their system to make me exempt and apparently it works for that time I go in and then it apparently reverts itself like no one there has an override for it? There is always an override in cases of emergency for anything, they blame it on centrelink so I actually go into centrelink and ask them, they find it strange and call St laurence and st laurence tries to pass the buck on and they give it back to them telling them that they don't manage that part st laurence does because it's on their systems and then apparently everything is temporarily fixed until the next time they go in.

(Oh and also when I bought up about the stress I was basically told to suck it up or endure it. So you're telling me when people come with legitimate ailments they're told they are basically crybabies so what does it take for the the agency to actually take things seriously 10? 100 deaths? because stress is a high killer and i'm 23 for pity sakes!)

Where do I begin? I take a 12 month diploma course in game development and all this time I am consistently burdened with these time sheets they told me I need to sign to make sure i'm doing enough hours because they decided this would act as my work for the dole even though I should have been exempt.

I go into them and I have had around 3 or 4 case managers I don't know because it seems they changed a lot before, I have enough qualifications under my belt to the point where they said I'm an individual that can obtain employment i'm not hard to place, I am willing to get into nearly any job industry.
