The self serve car wash just chewed $6, and did not work and I could not find any phone number or website to let them know so others do not have the same experience.

The place is old and needs a do-over. None of the vacuums work yet one still takes money from you. Very badly operated - go somewhere else until they (who-ever they are) fix the place up.
